How to cancel my subscriptions?

Learn how to easily cancel your Lounges subscription at any time. Follow these simple steps to manage your account, stop recurring payments, or switch to single event access.

Subscriptions let fans support their favourite creators and get access to all of their content on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to your Lounges Dashboard.

  2. Click on My Library.

  3. Scroll down past your upcoming and past events until you reach the Subscriptions section.

  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel.

That’s it — your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period.
