CAN I JOIN A LIVESTREAM AFTER IT HAS STARTED?

Yes. You can join a livestream at any time while your viewing access is still active.

Live Event Access

When you purchase a ticket for a live PPV event, your access includes:

  • Watching the event live as it happens
  • Taking part in live chat and audience interaction features
  • A 72-hour catch-up period after the livestream ends

This means if you join late, leave during the event, or miss part of the stream, you can return and continue watching during the 72-hour replay window.

Video On Demand (VOD) Access

If the content is available as Video On Demand (VOD), the viewing rules are slightly different:

  • You have 30 days from purchase to start watching
  • Once playback begins, you have 72 hours to finish watching

During this viewing period, you can pause and return to the content as many times as you like before the access window expires.

Watching on Your TV

For the best viewing experience on a TV:

  • Use a stable internet connection
  • A wired (ethernet) connection is recommended where possible
  • Ensure your smart TV browser or app is fully updated
  • Restart your TV or router if playback is interrupted
  • If casting from another device, newer devices usually provide better streaming performance

Recommended internet speed:

  • Minimum: 4 Mbps
  • Recommended for smoother playback: 8.5 Mbps or higher

Why Are Viewing Windows Limited?

Viewing windows are standard practice across streaming platforms and are required due to content licensing agreements, including:

  • Performing rights
  • Syncing rights
  • Distribution agreements with artists and rights holders

Can I Download the Content?

No. All content on Lounges.tv is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded.
