How We Moderate Content
1. Human Moderators
We have a dedicated team that reviews content daily, especially from new or unverified creators.
Here’s how it works:

New content from non-trusted creators goes into a review queue.

A moderator checks the content to make sure it follows our guidelines.

If the content breaks any rules, it is removed and the user is notified. Serious or repeated issues may lead to account suspension.
When and How Content is Checked

Before Publishing (Pre-checks):
Some content (like live shows or uploaded videos) is reviewed before going live. This helps us catch harmful material before it's seen by others. -
After Publishing (Post-checks):
Even after content goes live, we continue to monitor it. If it’s reported or found to break the rules, we remove it and take appropriate action. -
User Reports:
Anyone can report content they believe is harmful or inappropriate. These reports go to our team for review, and we take quick action where needed.
Content from Under-18 Creators
Creators under the age of 18 are not allowed to upload or stream content unless they have gone through our verification process. This process requires:

If content is posted by a minor who is not verified, it will be removed and the account may be suspended.

What Happens If Rules Are Broken

Severe Violations: Extremely harmful or illegal content results in a permanent ban, and report it to law enforcement.
Moderation by Content Type

Text (Live Chat & Comments): Checked for banned words. Users can also report issues.

Images (Profile Pictures, Thumbnails, Banners): Manually reviewed by our moderation team.

Videos & Live Streams: Our moderators review full video files and monitor live streams for violations. Live chats are also reviewed in real time.
Coming Soon: AI-Powered Moderation
We are currently working on adding AI tools to help detect inappropriate and illegal content more quickly and efficiently. These tools will assist our moderators by flagging potential violations in real time, improving both speed and safety across the platform.
Our Moderators' Role
Our moderators manually review all flagged content (text, images, video) using platform rules and judgment. Their work is essential to keeping Lounges.tv safe and respectful for everyone.
Dealing with Illegal Content
If we find illegal material—like child abuse, drug dealing, or terrorist content—it is removed immediately. We report it to law enforcement and store the evidence securely for investigations if needed.
