Copyright Compliance Guidelines for Content Uploads and Consequences for Violations
Creators are required to upload only the videos they have personally created or possess authorization to use. This entails refraining from uploading videos not of their creation or incorporating content in their videos for which someone else holds the copyright, including music tracks, segments of copyrighted programs, or videos produced by other users, without proper authorizations.
If a creator is co-hosting an event with another creator, it is important to note that the hosting creator has consent to use sound and visual elements related to the event. Additionally, they are solely responsible for any earnings agreement between themselves and the co-host. This encompasses the handling of revenue generated from the event and any associated financial arrangements.
In the event of a detected copyright violation or upon receipt of a valid complaint from a copyright owner, the content will be promptly removed, and a copyright strike will be issued. A user accumulating three copyright strikes will result in the termination of their account.
