If the event was cancelled by the creator, you refund will be processed automatically.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that is not a cancelled event, please create a ticket here .
Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your BANK.
As we promise to pay creators with 24 hours, we must be made aware of any refund requests within 12 hours. If you are looking for a refund you must apply within the 12 hours after the stream has ended. When this time has passed you will not be entitled to a refund.

This will take you to create a ticket for our team to look into the issue.

Here are valid reasons you may be entitled to a refund:
Refunds are typically issued for the following reasons:
- The event was cancelled by the creator.
- The event is not aligned with our community guidelines policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 12-hours of the event starting time.
- Creator changed the date or time of the event and you can no longer make it.
Here are reasons you would not be entitled to a refund:
- We don’t provide refunds on the tips you made to a creator.
- Change of mind.
- Inability to use the product or service due to lack of understanding or skill.
- Delays or technical issues that are beyond our control such as internet connection issues.
- If you missed the Lounge, could not attend or you were late.
- If you think the creator/host was untalented or you did not enjoy the stream. We cannot refund you if the stream went ahead but you did not enjoy it.
- If you forget to watch an On-demand video within the 30 day period.
