The Lounges One2One feature allows you to request a private stream with your favourite Creator and here's how you do it.
It is now possible to schedule a One2One with your favourite creator. This allows you to connect with your creator outside of a group livestream at a premium price.
So whether you are looking for One2One mentorship, a private performance of an album, or simply just to have a Q&A with your favourite creator, we've got you covered!
How to request a One2One
1. Head to your Creators profile and click the One2One tab at the top of the screen
2. Complete the One2One request form and make sure you provide details including a time, date and suggested price you wish to pay
3. Once you submit the request a member of our team will liaise between you and the Creator to confirm and book the One2One.
**Please note: The price you set is not final. This has to be approved by the Creator and only once an agreement has been reached on both sides can the One2One officially be booked.
4. Once a time, date and the mutually agreed price has been reached a member of our team will set up the One2One as a private event and you will be sent a ticket link by email which you can purchase.
