How do I know who requested to have the One2One session with me?
Identifying who requested a One2One session
Right now the process of managing One2One requests is being handled by our customer service team.
Once a fan submits a request for a One2One with you this will feed through to our team who will then contact you to discuss and agree the details and terms of the request such as who is making the request, the price, time and purpose of the One2One, liaising between you and the fan until a mutual agreement has been reached by both parties.
