Navigating the New and Improved Sign-Up/Log-In Process: Easier Access for Viewers and Creators
A newly streamlined sign up/log in process means that viewers and creators can now access the platform with greater ease, so whether you are a new or existing user joining Lounges.tv could not be easier!
Step by step guide to logging in and signing up as a creator/viewer
Step 1
- Locate the Login/Sign Up tab situated in the top right hand of the screen
Step 2
- Register for an account using your email address or alternatively you can register using the email address associated with your social media account
- New and improved updates to the log in process mean that our system will recognize and merge normal accounts and social accounts that share the same email address
Step 3
- Once you click continue you will be asked to enter a one time verification code that you will receive by email. Enter the code and click continue.
Please Note:- If you are a new user you will have the option to sign in using the one time verification code each time you log in to the platform but if you prefer you can always set a password for your account through your account settings.
This is intended to work in hand with the guest checkout feature and help limit barriers to purchase by streamlining the process for new users.
Existing users will still need to log in using their email address and password.
Step 4
- Select one of the two options below and your account will be created automatically.
- You are now ready to start using Lounges.tv!
Please note:- If you want to switch your account from being a viewer account to creator account, locate and click the create tab situated in the top right hand side of the screen
- When you do this you will be asked to submit and confirm your preferred URL and mobile telephone number and once submitted your account will convert from a viewer to creator account where you can schedule livestreams and upload content
