HOW TO SIGN UP OR LOG IN TO LOUNGES.TV

Getting into your account is now quicker and easier. You can sign up or log in using:

  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple
  • Your email address

Signing Up

  1. Go to the sign up page.
  2. Choose how you want to continue:
    • Google
    • Facebook
    • Apple
    • Email
  3. Follow the steps on screen.
  4. Once completed, you’ll be taken straight into your account.

Logging In

  1. Go to the log in page.
  2. Choose the method you used when creating your account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Logging In Without a Password

If you log in with your email address, you may be sent a one-time access code instead of using a password.

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Check your inbox for the access code.
  3. Enter the code on the website.
  4. You’ll be logged in automatically.

Switching Between Devices

You can use the same account across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Simply log in using the same method you originally signed up with.

Most Common Mistake

The most common issue happens when users create an account using one sign in method — such as Apple ID, Google, or Facebook — and later try to log in using a different method, such as email.

This can accidentally create multiple accounts.

Example

  • You signed up with Apple ID
  • Later, you try to log in using your email address instead
  • The system may create a brand new account rather than accessing your original one

How to Avoid This

Always log in using the same method you originally used to create your account.

I didn’t receive my access code

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.

I used the wrong sign in method

If you originally signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook, you’ll need to continue using the same option.

My social login is not working

Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Closing and reopening your browser
  • Trying a different browser or device
