Promotion on the platform
Our algorithm system as well as our dedicated team make sure that your new live events are added on the "Upcoming Live Events" rail on the platform. To ensure this:
- Make sure you have a nice title and good quality picture for your thumbnail (best format is 16:9 landscape format picture so 1920px x 1080px).
- Add your relevant genre when creating your event on Lounges.
Unleash the potential of social media
The true treasure lies in captivate your social media followers' attention so you can convert casual followers into enthusiastic paying viewers on our platform. Amplify your presence by passionately sharing and promoting your event across all your platforms.
Reels
Share short videos inviting your friends and fans to join your events. These usually drive more engagement and response rate then mere static posts.
You can also use Reel as teasers for content already available on the platform. Share a snippet of your set on socials and make sure your fans know they can watch the full video on Lounges.
Consistency
Post regularly about your upcoming events to let your audience know what you're up to. You can diversify your post by sharing info little by little (schedule, theme, potential motivation such as fundraising or special holidays, potential games or interactions you want to encourage during the stream, countdowns etc)
Social assets
Make your posts compelling and eye-catching with good quality pictures and posters. If you don't have the resources or skills, don't worry! Our platform can generate social assets for you to post! You can do that either after creating your Lounge event on the platform. After completing the form, you'll fall on the confirmation page; just click on the social platform icon you want to share it on.
Links
Make sure you add the link of your Lounge event so people can click and be directed to the right event detail page. This seamless process will empower your fans to effortlessly sign up and purchase your tickets.
- If you are unsure what the link is you can find it again by: going to "Dashboard" then "My Live Events" and clicking on the share icon next to the event listing.
To copy the link, click on the hyperlink icon
Tags & Collaborations
Tagging people in your Stories or collaborating with them on posts will let them share those posts on their socials as well. This means you'll be seen by new audiences and increase your reach.
You can tag or collaborate with:
- Other artists that may be performing at the same event with you; have them tag you as well so you can both benefit from extra visibility
- Any sponsors or active parties involved in your event
- Us! You can always tag Lounges in your Stories. Find us on most social platforms by searching for "lounges.tv"
- The venue you'll be performing at if doing a stream in a remote location
