When should I report a Creator?
We do not allow explicit or abusive content on Lounges. We want everybody to be kind, fair and appropriate to all users.
If you come across any explicit adult content, we urge you to report the Lounge or Creator immediately. This goes against our community guidelines and compromises the true talent and quality content we have on our platform.
Racial and homophobic abuse and any other form of bullying or prejudice does not have a place on Lounges.tv. If any creator is being abusive in this way you should report them immediately, our team will review it and take appropriate action.
Terrorism and violence on streams is also strictly forbidden and will result in your account being banned. Any Lounge that includes this should be reported immediately for the safety of our users and creators. If you require anymore information on our community guidelines check out the articles here.
How do i report a creator?
Whilst in a Lounge:

Ensure you are not in full screen and select the 'info' tab

At the bottom of the window there is a button that says 'report host'
Or after the Lounge has finished:

Navigate to the ‘My Library’ tab in ‘My Account’. Select the ‘More’ button on the Lounge you want to report and click the ‘Make complaint’ option in the drop down.
