I am having problems signing up
Why does my email address already exist?I didn't receive a verification email?
If you previously signed up via socials (Facebook or Google) then you will have to sign in that way.
I didn't receive a verification email?
If you haven't received a booking confirmation, please allow a few minutes for it to arrive. If it's still missing, please check your email's junk folder. Also, remember that the email address linked to your Lounges account cannot be changed; you need to confirm your email address with a code during sign-up to prevent errors.
