Why haven't I been charged to watch a stream?
I haven't been charged for streaming, and I haven't received a booking confirmation
There are various reasons why you might not have been charged; the stream is free, or your payment might not have processed yet. If you're unsure about a charge for a paid stream, please ensure you've actually purchased a ticket. You can check your email for a booking confirmation or visit your Lounges profile.
If you haven't received a booking confirmation, please allow a few minutes for it to arrive. If it's still missing, please check your email's junk folder. Also, remember that the email address linked to your Lounges account cannot be changed; you need to confirm your email address with a code during sign-up to prevent errors.
