Your ticket is only linked to the login method you used at purchase (either Apple, Google, FB, or guest checkout). Please check your purchase confirmation email (or the reminder email 1 hr before the event) to confirm which account it’s tied to.
This usually happens if you’ve created multiple accounts by logging in with different methods (Apple ID, Google, Facebook, or guest checkout). Each login method creates a separate account, even if they all connect to the same personal email.
Here’s why:
-
Guest checkout – asks for an email, and your ticket is tied directly to that email.
-
Apple ID login – Apple often hides your real email and provides a private, “coded” email, which creates a separate account.
-
Google login – even if it uses the same email address, it’s treated separately from standard email login.
-
Facebook login – also creates a separate account, even if it uses the same email.
👉 Because of this, your ticket is always stored under the exact and only to login method you used at purchase.
How to find your ticket:
-
Check your ticket purchase confirmation email – it shows the account (email or login method) linked to your ticket.
-
One hour before the event, we’ll send you a reminder email with instructions to access your ticket.
-
Please also check your spam/junk folders in case the email was filtered.
-
-
If you’re logging in manually:
-
Apple ID → Log in with Apple ID
-
Google → Log in with Google
-
Facebook → Log in with Facebook
-
Guest checkout → Log in with the same email you used at checkout
-
✅ Tip: Always return using the same login method you first used for purchase. Switching between Apple, Google, Facebook, or email logins creates separate accounts, so your ticket won’t appear.
Note: We know it sounds simple, but it’s very common to type your email incorrectly. If that happens, you won’t receive the confirmation, and unless you remember what you typed, it will be hard to trace your ticket. In that case, please contact our crew via the ticket form for help resolving it.
