        Lights:


        Cameras don’t capture light the way our eyes do and a great stream needs great lighting. Your stream should have a lot of lighting if you want the image that appears on screen to seem natural.

         

        When choosing your lighting it's worth remembering the following:

        • Natural lighting can either be the best or the worst light source.  This is because you can’t always get consistent lighting if the weather changes, also remember direct sunlight can sometimes be too extreme.

        • Colour temperature; warm lights are yellow, cool lights are white or light blue. Based on the type of bulb, a light can appear “warmer” or “cooler.” 

        • The position of the lighting can create shadows on your face to avoid this make sure your lighting is not too high or too low.
