Troubleshooting Access to Purchased Tickets on Lounges.tv

Here are the most common reasons and the quickest ways to fix it.


Most Common Causes

  • You logged in with a different method than the one used to purchase the ticket (Email, Apple, Google, Facebook, or Guest Checkout)
  • The email address used at checkout contains a typo
  • You are logged into the wrong account
  • Your confirmation email went to spam/junk
  • The payment was incomplete or unsuccessful

How to Access Your Ticket

1. Log In Using the Same Method Used at Purchase

Your ticket is linked to the exact login method used during checkout.

Examples:

  • Email login
  • Apple ID
  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Guest Checkout

Using a different login method may create a separate empty account.


2. Guest Checkout? Do This

  1. Go to Lounges.tv
  2. Click Sign Up / Log In
  3. Enter the same email used to buy the ticket
  4. Enter the one-time code sent to your email

Your ticket should appear in:

Dashboard → My Library


3. Check Your Email

Look for:

  • Purchase confirmation emails
  • Event reminder emails

Also check:

  • Spam/Junk folders
  • Email spelling mistakes

4. Find Your Ticket

After logging in correctly:

Go to:

Dashboard → My Library

Your purchased event and playback access will appear there.


If Your Payment Shows as Incomplete

Incomplete or failed payments do not grant access to the event.

You may need to purchase a valid ticket to watch the stream.


Quick Checklist

Before contacting support, check:

  • Are you using the same login method used at purchase?
  • Are you using the correct email address?
  • Did you check spam/junk folders?
  • Is the ticket visible in My Library?
  • Was the payment completed successfully?

Need Urgent Access?

If the event is about to start and support is unavailable, you can purchase another ticket using the correct email address for immediate access.

Then contact support with:

  • Your email address
  • Order number
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card
