WHEN YOU PURCHASE A PAY-PER-VIEW (PPV) TICKET ON LOUNGES.TV, YOUR TICKET GIVES YOU ACCESS TO WATCH THE CONTENT EITHER LIVE, ON-DEMAND, OR BOTH DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF EVENT PURCHASED.
Live PPV Events
For live events, your ticket includes:
- Access to watch the event live as it happens
- Access to live chat and audience interaction features during the broadcast
- An additional 72-hour catch-up period after the live event ends
This means if you miss part of the live stream, or want to watch it again shortly after, you can return and watch the replay during the 72-hour viewing window.
Video On Demand (VOD) Purchases
For Video On Demand content, your ticket works slightly differently:
- You have 30 days to begin watching the content after purchase
- Once playback starts, you have 48 hours to finish watching
During the 48-hour viewing period, you can pause, return, and continue watching the content as many times as you like within that window.

These viewing periods are standard practice across streaming platforms and are required due to content licensing agreements, including:
