What happens if the creator does not create content often enough?

It is made clear that the subscription / membership is based on supporting your creator, it is less about a transaction for the content. Viewers are becoming a member to support the creator financially and in return getting access to their content for free. If the creator does not make content, then it is up to the viewer to decide if they are getting value for money or not. Refunds are not an option if no content is uploaded in any given month, this is a support subscription.
