It’s common for users to have trouble finding their ticket, but don’t worry — it’s usually linked to how you first logged in or purchased it.
Why You Can’t Find Your Ticket

Multiple accounts: Logging in with Apple ID, Google, Facebook, or email creates separate accounts, even if they all use the same email.

Guest checkout: Tickets purchased this way are tied directly to the email you entered at checkout.

Email errors: If your email was typed incorrectly, you may not have received the confirmation, making the ticket harder to locate.
How to Find Your Ticket

Check your purchase confirmation email — it shows which account your ticket is linked to.

Look for the reminder email sent 1 hour before the event which will clearly display which method (email, FB, Apple, Google) your ticket is associated. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Log in using the same method you used at purchase:
- Your email → Type in your email

Apple ID → Log in with Apple ID

Google → Log in with Google

Facebook → Log in with Facebook

Guest checkout → Log in with the same email you used
