Tips for better streaming: Wired vs Wireless connections and device performance
Wire/Wireless
Viewing from a wireless connection can often cause issues, especially if there are multiple devices on one WIFI connection. For the strongest connection, we recommend you connect to a wired connect (ethernet), which will speed up your internet.
If the stream keeps cutting out it may be an issue with the host’s internet connection. Please be patient with all creators if they are experiencing connection issues.
Device
Some older or less powerful devices may not be capable of streaming content on Lounges.tv. We recommend newer or more powerful devices to stream content on.
If you are experiencing performance issues with your device it may be due to your device being old or slow. If you are experiencing issues with the stream it may be due to an unstable or weak internet connection.
Device performance
You may be experiencing performance issues with your device. Some older or less powerful devices may not be capable of streaming the high quality content on Lounges.tv. Try from an alternative device with processing power.
Host facing issues
If the stream is cutting out it may be due to a connection error on the hosts end. To see if this is the case go to the ‘chat’ tab on the screen and see if other viewers are experiencing delay. If the stream is cutting out due to an error on the hosts side, please be respectful and patient.
