How do I get unbanned? What are the rules around being reported?
If your account has been reported, there may be various reasons behind it, such as posting abusive messages. Please refer to our community guidelines for a detailed explanation, which are available here.
Consequences for breaking our rules include:

Severe Violations: If you have committed a severe rule violation, your account will be banned, and you will no longer have access to Lounges.

Moderate Violations: In case of moderate rule violations, your account will be temporarily frozen for 7 days. If this occurs more than 3 times, your account will be permanently removed.

Any Violations: Regardless of the severity, any rule violations will result in receiving a red flag. Accumulating 3 or more red flags will lead to your account being frozen for 7 days.
