How to Use Guest Checkout on Lounges.tv: A Step-by-Step Guide for Purchasing Event Tickets
Our new guest checkout feature enables platform users to experience a more streamlined and straightforward process when it comes to purchasing tickets to events and here's a step by step guide on how to purchase tickets as a guest on Lounges.tv
Step 1
- Locate your event on the platform by clicking on the Browse Tab located at the top of the home page and select an event you wish to purchase a ticket for
Step 2
- Click Buy Ticket located on the right hand side of the screen
Step 3
- Follow the purchasing steps and enter your card details making sure to enter your email address before completing the purchase
- Your have now purchased your ticket and will be logged into your account automatically where you can view the event you have purchased a ticket for followed by a ticket confirmation email that you will receive by email.
Step 4
- To access your event/ticket you will need to click the Log in/signup tab located in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter the same email address you used when you purchasing your ticket
- Click continue and you will be asked to enter your unique access code that you will receive by email
Please note:- **When checking your inbox make sure you also check your junk mail incase the access code has been sent there
- Confirm your code and you will now be able to access your event!
