Steps you should take if experiencing connectivity and quality issues with your stream on the Lounges.tv App

If you have purchased a ticket to a live stream and are experiencing a lag in audio or visual quality, have suddenly been kicked out of the stream or your stream keeps dropping or buffering, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:-

1. Check the strength of your network connection

2. Try switching internet browser 

3. Try switching device (If you are using the App, try switching to mobile web browser instead) 

4. Check for phone and App updates ensuring everything is up to date
